Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the limited circumstances described below.

1. All Sales Final

All products are sold for research use only and are not for human consumption. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason other than those stated in Section 2 below.

2. Exceptions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund an order only if:

The product arrives damaged in transit.
The incorrect product was shipped.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Requesting a Replacement or Refund

If your order qualifies under Section 2:

With your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you or process a refund to your original payment method.

4. No Returns for Regulatory or Customs Seizures

We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized, or returned by customs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
